  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re exploring international options — sign up for our newsletter for updates!

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unworn, unused items in original condition with tags/packaging intact. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos — we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). 6. Are your accessories high-quality and genuine? Yes! We use full-grain or top-grain leather, 316L stainless steel, hypoallergenic alloys, and premium hardware. All products are built to last and age gracefully. We stand behind the quality of every piece — no fast fashion here.

7. How do I care for my Hair-team accessories?

  • Leather wallets/belts: Condition occasionally with leather balm, avoid water exposure, store in dust bag when not in use.
  • Metal jewelry/watches: Wipe with soft cloth, avoid harsh chemicals/perfume.
  • Sunglasses: Clean lenses with microfiber cloth, store in case. Specific care instructions are included with each product.
